Along with successfully running his own basement and waterproofing company for the past 13 years, Simon has also spent some years as a CPD presenter for basements.
Thanks to his in-depth knowledge and understanding of owning and running a business tied with construction and waterproofing, Simon has gone on to become a part time lecturer in Building Surveying and Business Management in leading London universities.
